INFORMATION & POLICIES 2026 - 2027 SEASON
great gig DANCE co.
Season
Our season lasts 10 months (August 10, 2026, through May 30, 2027). We will be closed the week of Thanksgiving (November 23-19), two weeks during the Winter holidays (December 21- January 3) and one week during Spring Break (April 5-11). We will be open all other holidays, including all the Monday Holidays and other school breaks! We will close for inclement weather if necessary—please check our website and Facebook page or call us for updates on snow closings.

Photo Release
As a customer of Great Gig Dance Co., you grant permission to use you or your child’s image in advertising, marketing and/or social media promotions, as well as on Great Gig Dance Co.'s website. Any exceptions to this policy should be made in writing.
Release of Liability
By enrolling at Great Gig Dance Co., you are acknowledging that dance can be a strenuous activity and you agree to accept responsibility for any injuries you or your child(ren) may incur while participating in any activity at Great Gig Dance Co.. Great Gig Dance Co. and its employees are not liable for personal injury, or loss of or damage to personal property.
COVID-19
COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies have put in place recommended social distancing, occupancy restrictions and guidelines for businesses to follow. Great Gig Dance Co. has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and will implement ongoing recommendations from Georgia state officials. We will make every effort to keep our studio sanitized and to prevent symptomatic employees and dancers from entering the building. However, COVID-19 has been proven to be asymptomatic in some persons. Therefore, Great Gig Dance Co. cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19 or any other unknown virus.
By enrolling at Great Gig Dance Co., you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you and your child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 , and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. Neither you, your child, or any accompanying persons may enter Great Gig Dance Co. if you exhibit any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19: body temperature greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, other respiratory symptoms; or at least two of the following symptoms: chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. Neither your child(ren) nor any accompanying adult will enter Great Gig Dance Co. if you have had known close contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19.
By enrolling at Great Gig Dance Co., you agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to you or your child(ren) (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind that you or your child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with attending Great Gig Dance Co..
By enrolling at Great Gig Dance Co., you agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Great Gig Dance Co., its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You further agree that this includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Great Gig Dance Co., its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 or other currently unknown virus infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Great Gig Dance Co. program or class.
